We’re celebrating Labor Day weekend and savoring the last days of summer with a quick getaway to Park City, Utah. One of our favorite local eats in town is Freshies Lobster Co. Their classic lobster roll is as good as it gets—it’s even beat out East Coast competitors in national taste tests and was voted the world’s best lobster roll. NBD. It’s served on a New England hot dog bun with mayo, hot butter, seasoning, and stuffed with fresh lobster flown in from Maine. We also love their lobster grilled cheese made with local cheddar and sourdough bread. The stuff of food dreams. Who woulda thunk the best lobstah would be in land-locked Utah? Lucky us!
