WELL WED: Elaine Welteroth's Brooklyn Stoop Nuptials
We’re smitten with the recent Brooklyn nuptials of former Teen Vogue Editor-In-Chief, “Project Runway” judge, and author of “More Than Enough” Elaine Welteroth and her husband, musician Jonathan Singletary.
The duo opted to tie the knot during quarantine in May on the floral-festooned front stoop of their Brooklyn brownstone (the handiwork of Lewis Miller Design), while their childhood pastor officiated the ceremony via Zoom. A handful of guests socially distanced in the streets and wore masks; a block party with music and dancing followed the ceremony. As Elaine said about her big day, the celebration was a reminder that, “Love could be not be canceled.”
