We just finished reading “The Panic Years” by British journalist Nell Frizzell, a hilarious, honest, and very brave book about The Panic Years aka the time spanning your late 20s through your early 40s when many women are confronted with some of life’s biggest decisions, including career, marriage, and motherhood. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll relate, and you'll find yourself pondering some big questions of your own.

Frizzell also hosts an entertaining and informative podcast of the same name that highlights conversations with other women like Pandora Sykes about their own Panic Years and subsequent life choices.
